Most of our practitioners who use the clinic are recognised by private medical insurance companies, if you have health insurance and would like our therapists to treat you please enquire and we will do our best to confirm that you can have treatment with us through your medical insurance
when you book in with us please don't forget to bring along any referral letters, scans and reports that you may have. Please also bring your medical insurance policy number, you may also be given a unique case reference, this is needed to perform payments. each company is different
Payments are required at the end of each session. We have options of billing some companies but we shall require all policy & case numbers prior to treatment.
Patients can reclaim the fee of treatment directly from the medical insurance company, we shall provide you with a receipt
Failure to attend the appointment or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will result in full cost of treatment being charged, your medical insurance company may not pick up the bill. Please look at our terms and conditions for more information
